M6 project meeting was held on 18-19 March, 2019 at CTAEX in Badajoz, Spain. CTAEX https://www.ctaex.com/ not only hosted the project meeting and organised study visits to their regional collaborative partners but they also introduced their technological excellence in agro-food sector and their well-embedded operation in youth support system.
After discussing the project progress and next steps, the partners and the attending 3 stakeholders from Italy and Bulgaria were invited to directly exchange thoughts with the local stakeholders in Extremadura region.
The Employment Observatory of Extremadura http://extremaduratrabaja.gobex.es introduced its operation supporting unemployed in Extremadura region. They cooperate with CTAEX to best match the NEETs with the staff vacancy of the members of CTAEX!
Inter-ingenia S.L https://www.interingenia.es presented their innovative training solutions for youth developed via their research, consulting and management activities. They are open for collaboration not only in Extremadura region but also with eNEET stakeholders internationally.
The Institute “IES Ntra. Sra. De Bótoa” https://iesnsdebotoa.educarex.es/ , a public training center invited eNEET partners and their stakeholders to their center in Badajoz, Spain and showed them around to demonstrate the courses they run for youth with interest in agri-and horticulture.
The Training Center of the Rural Environment of Villafranca https://iesnsdebotoa.educarex.es/ was also visited. It is very relevant for the project as they develop competences related to agricultural training and development.
The attendees were impressed by the operation of the regional agro-youth support institutes demonstrated and wish to spread the information on these example in their respective regions.
