Our consortium is pleased to announce the kick-off of the national stage of eNEET-Rural start-up competition for enterprising young job-seeking people up to 29 years of age with innovative ideas and / or those wishing to start their own business.
The competition is organized within the project „eNEET Rural – Facilitating entrepreneurship and improving skills of NEETs living in rural areas”, funded by the EEA and Norway Grants Fund for Youth Employment.
Each project partner organizes their competition at national level and the winners of the national competition will compete with each other at the International Competition, which will be held in Budapest (Hungary) in September 2021.
Who to apply?
We are looking for young job-seeking people under age 30 with innovative ideas and/or desire to open a start-up from the following countries: Bulgaria, Hungary, Italy, Romania, Slovenia and Spain.

Participants shall complete and submit a Business Plan (a sample plan can be downloaded here eNEET_T5-4_Start-up_Competition_Business Plan) by December 31, 2020.
Stages of the competition:
Preliminary selection: until 31.12.2020.
Support from the national contact point in developing the business idea: January 2021.
Announcement of the national winner: February 2021
Official presentation of the business idea of the national finalists from all partner countries during the international start-up competition: in Budapest, Hungary in September 2021 or digitally depending on the pandemic.
Announcement of winners: end of September 2021
Prize of the national competitions:
- free of charge study visit including accomodation, travel cost and meals
- participation at the eNEET Rural closing conference in Romania
- professional consultation and business support packages with experts and mentors provided by the eNEET Rural partners.
